It is with deep regret that we announce PayPal can no longer be accepted. As a result of termination, both the business and private account are suspended indefinitely. We have no choice but to opt out of PayPal.

Fear not, we will look to future endeavors for customers to have other payment options available.

We are not alone in this matter. For those who may be unaware, PayPal can and will terminate accounts without notice. You will find other vendors in the same boat. To make matters worse funds are held hostage for a 180 day period. Thank you PayPal, your the best.

Sincerely,

Knife Co

Australia Post

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and / or collection.

Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), changes are expected to impact the process of all customer orders and how you may expect to receive goods upon delivery. All measures of precaution regarding health and safety in the community are being advised accordingly, as per response to a rapidly evolving situation. The following new measures are being implemented by Australia Post.

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and / or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, our staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf.

The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

You may be asked if you are feeling unwell or if you have recently been diagnosed. If you answer yes, Australia Post may request that you remain inside and delivery of your parcel be left on the front door to be collected once the driver or postie has left.

We will not be asking for a signature on delivery in these cases and our driver will sign on their behalf and take a photograph of delivery.

As we work through the implications of this virus, we wanted you to consider proactively waiving the signature on delivery requirement to make life easier on our drivers and posties.

Further announcements and changes may disrupt services.

Help stop the spread and stay healthy.
